This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Borong Liu ("Licensor") regarding the use of the Concierge mobile application ("Licensed Application").
This Agreement is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be reviewed here:

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail.
Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.

We may collect non-personally identifiable technical data to improve our services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate any terms.
The Licensed Application may enable access to third-party services or websites. Use of these services is at your own risk, and Licensor is not responsible for their content or accuracy.
The Licensed Application is provided "AS IS", with no warranties of any kind. Use is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
